Warranty Terms and Conditions for ZWO Astrophotography Cameras and Seestar S30

1. Manufacturer Warranty
   ZWO Astrophotography Cameras and Seestar S30 Telescopes come with a warranty provided by the primary manufacturer (ZWO). Tejraj and Co., as an official importer and dealer of ZWO products in India, does not provide direct warranty services.

2. Absence of On-Site Warranty
   No on-site warranty is available for ZWO Products in India. All warranty-related claims must be processed through the manufacturer.

3. Service and Repairs

   • In the event of a service, repair, or replacement requirement, the product must be shipped to the manufacturer’s facility.
   • Customers are solely responsible for the following costs:
     • To-and-Fro Air Freight: Shipping charges for sending the product to the manufacturer and receiving it back in India.
     • Transit Insurance: Ensuring the product is adequately insured during transit.
     • Customs Duties (if applicable): Any customs fees incurred during the shipping process.
